How does Mask Shortage Solution work?

As mentioned in the About Us, our mission is to source and distribute PPE and medical supplies to the front line where they are needed. Hospitals and other medical facilities usually source these items from dedicated medical wholesale companies. The COVID-19 outbreak has proven that our preparations were insufficient. We aim to supplement the shortage of crucial equipment to hospitals and medical providers in the highest quantities possible, while also supplying small personal quantities for individual personal use, immunocompromised homes, and wherever it is needed most. 

How long does shipping and processing take?

We ship most of our products out of Salt Lake City, Utah within 1-2 business days. We offer many different shipping options to fit your budget and the speed in which you need your products delivered. Please reach out to us directly for any same day processing requests and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How to donate?

Please utilize the website by donating HERE or sending a PPE order directly to a medical facility or front line worker in need. If you are interested in making a large financial donation, please reach out to Josh at maskshortagesolution@gmail.com as we are looking for donations and investors to help with phase 2.
 

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the medical nature of these items, we are unable to process returns as these products can not be resold or used after you have received them. 

Refunds will only be provided for items that become unavailable after purchase. For examples, a product that runs out of stock before the order can be fulfilled.
